How do I reset my password?
On the website, goto the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email you would like the password reset for and you will receive an email to reset your password.
How do I edit my profile?
Go to "My Account" then "Account Information".
How do I get notified in Revolvr?
- You can be notified through push notifications on your mobile phone if you have the Revolvr mobile app installed. These will appear in your phones status bar.
- Revolvr will send all messages to the "My Messages" page.
- Revolvr sends some of the notifications to your email inbox that you registered with when you signed up for Revolvr.
How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase in Revolvr, you must first sign up with Revolvr and verify you email address. Once you sign up, find a product you like and click the "Buy Now" button. You will be sent to the secure payment service Revolvr uses, called ArmsPay. You will need to sign in or sign up for ArmsPay to use the service and pay for products.
How do I sell an item?
To make a sale in Revolvr, you must first sign up with Revolvr and verify you email address. Once you sign up, go to the sell page. You will be able to upload pictures and fill in the details for your item. When someone purchases your item, you will need to accept the purchase and enter your ACH information with your bank using the ArmsPay service so you can get paid.
What method of payments do you accept?
Revolvr accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I rate a buyer or seller?
Yes, after participating in a transaction, you will be given a notification to rate the buyer or the seller.
How do I report something is wrong?

How can I cancel a transaction?
You will need to send an email to [email protected] and request your transaction to be canceled.
How can I edit my listing?
You can go to the "Current Products for Sale". Clicking on the edit image (pencil) will allow you to edit your listing.
How do I get paid when I sell my item?
You will get paid through an ACH payment to your bank. When you sell your first item, you will be asked enter your banking information to receive payments.
When do I get paid?
You will be paid when the buyer receives your package and accepts the product. If after 72 hours the buyer fails to accept or reject your product, you will receive your payment.
What are all the fees?
When making a transaction in Revolvr the seller is charged 3.75% through ArmsPay and a service fee to Revolvr of $1. The ArmsPay fee covers the credit fees as well as the escrow fee. Revolvr’s fee will is low in the beginning to encourage many transactions. This fee will rise in the future to cover the costs of running a successful exchange.
How do I get a refund?
If you reject the transaction, funds will be returned to you in the same method you made the payment and return shipping will be charged to the seller.
